How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

If you have selected a shipping method with tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.

Please allow 3 to 14 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States.

Please allow for 2 to 4 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada.

All shipping times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be given for delayed shipments.

Can I make a return or exchange?

At this time, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges. All purchases are final sale unless defective or damaged.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

All orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties and customs taxes.

Rhi Forsyth Design is not liable for customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials. Any import fees are not eligible for refunds as they are not predictable and out of the shop’s control.

By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect shipping address?

If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please reach out to rhiforsyth@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase to have it updated.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to rhiforsyth@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase to have it cancelled. Please include your name and order number.

Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed and cannot be completed once an order has shipped.

My item appears slightly different in person than online?

As most of the items available in my shop are handmade by me at home, please allow for small variances. Colours may vary per monitor and sticker cuts may be slightly different as they are homemade.

Order and package sustainability

I try my best to keep my environmental footprint as small as possible when processing and packaging my orders. All art print plastic slips are recyclable with most being compostable. All backing boards, mailers, packing tape, envelopes, and cards included are fully recyclable.
